Open a blank Excel spreadsheet and set the cells to the desired size of the label.
Enter the department that manages the box and the label name, for example, “Personnel Department”.
Select the cells, click Auto Line Feed, set the font and center alignment.
Enter the time and sequence in the bottom cell, set the label background color and font color.
Click the “Draw Border” icon, select the line color and set the border color.
At the top and bottom of the label, select “Show Grid Lines” in the “View” menu, and uncheck the box to hide the grid lines.
